Ruth and Kieran recently hosted a great webinar on how to overcome behaviour change challenges, explaining some of the great psychological research that's been done on how and why people change their behaviour - or don't. The webinar answered questions such as "why is it so hard to change a habit?" and "how long does it really take to make a change?" Ruth also explained some current research on behaviour change and gave tips on practical ways we can use that research to better our chances of successful change. Finally, she and Kieran demonstrated Propel, an online platform to support the behaviour change process, which is based on some of the same research mentioned in the webinar.
