Those are the words of Porter Williams, Director of Client Services at HireVue, when he took a few moments to converse with us on day one of HR Tech Europe. Williams and HireVue seek to address said gap between HR team demands and resources with their digital video interviewing platform.
It seemed fitting, with so much buzz around the failures of recruitment processes over the two day conference, to find out more from a company providing a recruitment solution. After an initial meeting at their eye-catching company stand in the heart of the exhibition hall, we exited the noise of the crowd for a quieter chat with Williams, who can only be credited for his knowledge, energy, and excitement for the talent interaction experience.
