Amongst the top challenges, businesses are focusing on engaging employees to stay with their organisation and develop in their role. Also high on the list is building a strong pipeline and succession plan for the future. As for key talent identification methods, assessments as well as traditional face-to-face interactions such as interviews both rank highly.
